Rudolfovo – Science and Technology Centre Novo mesto is a national public research institute established in 2022 to strengthen the innovation capacity and technological excellence of Southeast Slovenia. It connects research and industry to support the region’s digital, green, and industrial transformation through applied and fundamental R&D projects. Activities are carried out across five interdisciplinary Centres – for Advanced Technologies, Digitalisation, Circular Economy, Technology Transfer & Intellectual Property, and Applied Quantum Computing. Rudolfovo fosters knowledge transfer, supports the development of high-tech companies, and enhances the competitiveness of existing businesses. With its cutting-edge research infrastructure, it provides services such as LCA analyses, 3D scanning, materials testing, VR/AR development, and IP advisory. The institute actively promotes STEM education, inspires young talent, and co-creates sustainable solutions with strong societal and economic impact, contributing to regional resilience and European innovation ecosystems.
